M&H Enterprises consist of the three primary shareholders. The primary shareholders/managing partners are George L. Meade, Jr., Cerece L. Claiborne, and Ray C. Hickson.

The Managing Partners of M&H Enterprises conduct the day-to-day planning and oversee the operations of the business.

George L. Meade – COO – Chief Operations Officer

George is in charge of the facilities management, logistic, purchasing, inventory management, and day-to-day oversight of the operation.

Ray C. Hickson – CFO –Chief Financial Officer

Ray manages the financial aspects of the business to include, profit loss analysis, forecasting, record keeping, taxes, accounting, accounts payable, payroll, and day-to-day oversight of the operations.

Cerece L. Claiborne – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Cerece is responsible for the facility, inventory, purchasing, public relations, advertising, communications and day-to-day oversight of the operation.
